Mack 1031 Extended Warranties

This warranty extends the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional 3 years. The equipment will be guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer's specifications or Mack will repair the covered equipment to operate properly at no charge to you (including all parts and labor). Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only, although the warranty is transferable for a $15.00 administrative fee.

The warranty does not cover equipment that has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. The warranty does not cover software, additional accessories or other expenses or consequential damages.

"This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty excluding on-site repairs or replacements on the equipment listed below. For an additional period of 3 years, the facsimile, printer or scanner products registered below are guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair same to operate properly.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service it must be delivered post paid with warranty number, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera and Video Service, 200 Morris Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081 with a check for $20.00 for shipping and handling in the U.S. (Overseas shipping to be determined). The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you, this includes all parts and labor. Such service, repair or adjustment, of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, provided the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as result of accident, liquid, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This warranty only covers a unit malfunction. Customer maintenance is not covered.

This limited warranty applies only to the products specified herein, it does not cover loss of paper, or units accessories. It does not include consumable items such as toner cartridge and toner drum unit, cleaning, damage caused by same. This limited warranty is not transferable. Mack Camera & Video Service reserve the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms, and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer."
