CCD-TRV138 battery is covered by a 3 year limited warranty, far longer than the
warranty on your original Sony Camcorders battery.

battery work with my original OEM battery charger?
Yes. Our batteries are designed to work with the Sony
CCD-TRV138 battery chargers. Similarly, our replacement
Sony CCD-TRV138 battery chargers will work with
your original OEM batteries from Sony.
What is your return policy on batteries and battery chargers?
East Coast Photo will refund you, in full, if you are not satisfied with the
Sony CCD-TRV138 battery, battery charger or other
accessory for the CCD-TRV138. If the product is defective, we’ll be glad to ship
