Camera utilizes a 6.63 Megapixel Super CCD HR imaging sensor to deliver
brilliantly sharp and precisely detailed images with a resolution of up to 12.3
Megapixels, and a broad range of ISO settings with minimal image noise. The
camera also benefits form Fuji's state-of-the-art digital and image processing
technology, which delivers true-to-life color reproduction and smoother tonality
by precisely and accurately analyzing lighting conditions and the color and
tonality of the subject.

Megapixel Resolution
At the heart of the FinePix 550, is Fuji's State-of-the-art Super CCD HR
imaging sensor. It employs over 6.3 Million pixels and can output and
amazingly ultra-high resolution of 12.3 million (4048x3040) pixels. The
Super CCD HR imaging sensor also offers expanded ISO sensitivity for
added photographic flexibility with a maximum ISO of 800 (3M, 2M &
0.3M resolution modes only) to get clear low light shots, and a minimum
ISO of 80 for superb image quality.

The FinePix E550 features a fast, responsive, f/2.8 Fujinon 4x optical
zoom lens that delivers superb image clarity from wide angle to
telephoto (32.5mm-130mm equivalent). With optional accessory lenses
(0.76x Wide Conversion Lens or 1.94x Tele Conversion Lens) you can
expand the optical capabilities of FinePix E510 Digital Camera to a wide
angle equivalent of 24.7mm, or a telephoto equivalent of 252mm.
