Blade for Berkel bread slicers; fits all "MB" models. Length of blade is 10-3/8 inch pin to pin. Includes pin and threaded holder. These replacement blades are machined from the finest chromium-alloy steel, giving them unequaled strength and sharp edges. Each weld is filed and smoothed by hand then checked with a micrometer to ensure uniformity. A final honing operation removes absolutely all burrs and metal particles from the blade. Blade length is guaranteed to be true to within .003"
