Constructed to meet the demands of continuous bakery operations, the Berkel Bread Slicer features a 1-speed, 1/3 HP motor that is totally enclosed and permanently lubricated, ensuring durability and long-term use. The blades, made from special heat-treated alloy carbon steel, are independently mounted and easily replaceable to maintain sharpness and efficiency. All product contact areas are made from stainless steel, providing a clean and safe slicing environment. Additionally, the slicer is finished in Sky White polyester powder coat for a clean, modern look, and includes a convenient front-mounted bagging trough and safety features such as a toggle on/off switch with guard and a red light power indicator.
