Pour a few drops onto a palette or non-porous surface and apply with a food-safe brush, or mix with Bakers Booze for a soft watercolour effect. Ideal for fondant, crusted buttercream, ganache, sugar cookies, macarons, marshmallows, fruit, gum paste, and confectionery, the colours can also be blended together to create custom shades.
