Martellato Ganache Kit, 24cm x 24cm

Perfect layering! Precise and easy to use frames to create cremini, ganaches and multi-layer fruit jellies with consistent weight and height.

For optimal use, it is recommended to place a silicone mat or acetate sheet under the first frame.
