Icebox cookie are a favorite among home bakers since they bake up fast, but we know the forming and chilling of the dough can be tedious. With the OXO Slice + Bake Cookie Helper, we’ve set you up for success! Our set of two handy silicone mats helps you shape, pre-measure and store cookie dough with ease.

Once your dough is formed, our mat does the rest—simply lay down your dough and shape into a log. Rest the log on the side with our raised markings that will gently perforate your dough so that once it’s chilled you have an easy guide to follow to slice up uniform cookies. Use our built-in measurement guides on each side of the mat to form your dough to either make 1.5”, 1.75” or 2” diameter cookies. Once your dough is rolled up, use the included end caps to compress and seal the dough, secure the strap and your logs are ready to be chilled in the fridge or freezer until you’re ready to slice and bake! Just be sure to move the dough to a proper cutting surface before slicing – never slice on the mat. Mats and end caps are dishwasher safe.
